台北游泳教練約砲高一女生 偷拍性愛影片還上網兜售「露臉完整版」遭重判

臧姓游泳教練前年透過交友軟體認識A姓少女，前天2月，兩人相約西門町某商務旅館****，他趁對方洗澡時，在床邊架設錄影設備，未經對方同意竊錄****過程，事後，還將****影片上傳社群網站、付費頻道網站與********網站。
他為了增加買氣，先PO一段少女未露臉的15秒影片，標明「高職妹」，藉此吸引買家到付費網站購買「露臉完整版」影片，每次售價四百至五百元，總共牟利3萬元。
少女透過友人得知自己成為A片女主角，憤而報警，台北市警局搜索贓男住處，查扣手機、電腦內影片，犯罪事證明確，檢方依《意圖營利以違反本人意願之方法，使少年被拍攝性影像》等多罪起訴臧男。
