有人也會間歇性的失眠嗎

平常是睡眠品質很好的 睡前也不會玩手機 生活模式也都很固定 但這兩三年 常常有幾個禮拜完全睡不好 硬調時差也調不回來 但過兩個禮拜又突然恢復正常了 有想過是年紀問題 因想到大學時期熬夜寫論文 跟同學去打咖 常常一天睡兩小 也不會像現在睡那麼不好 找醫生開安眠也收效甚微 想問版上有同樣的問題 或是可以推薦一下有甚麼偏方嗎 謝謝

前幾天才剛經歷過
練續兩三周都睡不著
就算睡著也容易半夜醒來四五次
後來直接改生活作息提早八個小時睡就好很多了 -
間歇性失眠可能由壓力、習慣或環境影響。

有時候可能是身體不夠累,試著運動一下稍微給身體一點壓力,就會想睡了
