08/13 農業部長:「堰塞湖~沒有立即潰堤的危險」

事實上馬太鞍溪堰塞湖問題，在野早就向中央政府反映，從7月19日薇帕颱風後，7月27日的空勘影像就發現問題。
8月就要求公共工程委員會、農業部、經濟部要與花蓮縣政府研提減災、監測、疏散和工程方案。但是當時農業部長陳駿季，卻說:「沒有立即潰堤的危險」
我始終認為，如果沒有大罷免，然後立法院正常運作，是不是很多事就不會發生了呢?
