如題大家都是怎麼減肥的 飲控or少吃多動 本人之前紀錄是從82瘦到71靠戒澱粉戒飲料花半年的時間達成,然而後面因為工作關係加上出車禍休養的期間整整胖到95,然而前陣子又胖到人生新高108,最近才又靠飲控的方式掉到101🥹 有什麼方法能夠繼續堅持嗎,感覺不像以前減肥那麼好減,加上車禍留下的傷連慢跑都沒辦法跑太多,不知道有什麼能瘦下來又不復胖回去的方法🥹
