「暖男市」國民黨議員邱于軒，接到民眾的網路陳情，為了保護檢舉人，直接私下通報市府，請「都發局」來處理。
整個過程‥沒有走公開公文、沒有抄送、沒有外洩的可能。
就在市府開出裁罰公文之後，「業者」居然立刻打電話到邱于軒服務處「問候」助理！
是「業者」會通靈嗎？還是「都發局」有人裡應外合？
連民意代表都會被不法業者這樣「問候」恐嚇，那一般市民還有什麼安全可言？這不是個案，這是制度崩壞的警訊。
當政府單位對黑金勢力睜一隻眼閉一隻眼，難怪砂石犯罪產業鏈能在高雄橫行無阻！
