本作是一款不太政確、有著黑色幽默的中世紀墓園經營遊戲，你會成為一名墓場的管理者，並致力於讓這片墳地的事業「蓬勃發展」，收益蒸蒸日上。
遊戲玩法不僅限於安葬遺體，還包含採集、製作、整地與地下城探索等要素。為了賺錢與擴張墓場事業，你得先把道德擺一邊，善用手邊能找到的各種資源，包含屍體。
你可以四處收集資源打造新的設施，甚至在必要時將大體「物盡其用」，把可用的器官拿去賣給當地肉販。
又或是，旁邊村民某天想開一場焚燒女巫的節日，你也不需要花大錢買優質漢堡肉，畢竟身邊就有很多資源了。當墓地空間不夠用時，你也能把多餘屍體直接丟進河裡。
