日本的紅豆？綠豆？

最近看了一些介紹日本的節目
裡面的食物甜點之類的內餡大都是包紅豆
很少看到綠豆出現一直很想知道為什麼
是因為日本傳統就是對於紅豆有特殊喜愛？
還是紅豆在其社會上有特殊代表意義？
還是單純大部分人不喜愛綠豆？感謝知道的人 解惑阿～～
