把精華區從跑車台子版移出變成一個主版

以前也很納悶為啥精華區裡都沒有文章
看了這篇之後才找到答案https://www.voofd.com/topic/15320/有人知道精华区什么用吗
這篇文 @fapkit 提到精華區是讚數破百的文章會移進去 但因讚數破百太簡單 所以就沒有精華文
那如果把精華區從跑車台子版移出轉變為主版
裡面放的內容為非直播、好車、跑車台(畢竟發車台太容易破百讚)且讚數破百的文章
或是經數位版主認可 能對生活提供極大經驗和幫助的文章不曉得這樣如何

精華區最初的用途為
- 因免空檢舉頻繁
- 進入限制高
- 有一定程度危險貼文
才會被我們移動
或是該成員要求移動非
- 破百讚才能被移入
現在基本大家都有辦法碰到的位置
目前自然是沒有貼文 -
