直播台疑問

貼文>50 仍然無法在直播台發文
後來我找到這篇，原來直播台要貼文>100(正式會員)
但是我貼文目前291
@admin 在 🚫即日起：好車台禁止新人閱讀｜直播台禁新人留言 中說：而直播台是「求補車」垃圾留言重災區，新會員本來可自由出入，現在禁止新人進入，只可以在外面看到最新貼文。另外，區內禁止新人留言，直到正式會員才解除限制。
更新：限制18區改名為榮譽區，更易明白榮譽會員才能進。
另外我也看不懂直播台裡版面的門檻要求
我的理解是
(貼文>100) or (發文>聲望>100)
發文>聲望??我感覺他的意思應該是
(貼文>100) or (發文>100 and 聲望>100) -

進入/留言：貼文 >100 | 發文 : 聲望>100
我還以為是發文 大於 聲望 大於 100 -
