一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

感覺最近越用越長 眼睛不知道會不會壞掉~

十小時以上只要是醒著的時候都在使用

一天差不多6小時 覺得3c真的慢慢佔滿整個生活了

我覺得應該問不用的時間有多少才對

在家上班一天用電腦的時間基本就10小時以上了…

手機成癮上班滑不完 下班繼續滑

基本上一整天都在用了

應該有12小時，多多補充葉黃素

沒事做的一天就用整天，要上班或看書就用一兩個小時就差不多了
