一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

大概2-3個小時 中度手機成癮

工作相關也需要用到3C 幾乎一整天了，現在3C這麼發達，應該睜開眼就開始使用了吧

10小時 要慢慢戒…

12個小時左右，上班用7個小時左右，下班到睡前都在用

12小時以上，從工作到娛樂都離不開電腦

沒再忙或睡覺通常都在使用

6小時以上吧 太多訊息要掌握

基本上睡醒開始就在用 上班也在用 3C改變太多人的生活習慣了。

8小以上… 你沒說 我還真沒注意

下班之後一直玩到就寢

沒上課通常都用一整天

有空就會滑 應該有8小

5小時起跳 現代很難逃離3c用品

根據IPHONE統計是寫5個小時 但應該更少 偶而看看影片打遊戲看看妹仔

現在上班都是要用電腦作業 所以都會有8小時以上再用電腦~

從起床到睡覺前都會用到3C
上班下班都會用到啊 -
平日三到四小時假日看情況

睡醒就開始 一天應該14個小時以上

平日大概10個小時吧
假日反而會少一點 -
幾乎是離不開了吧 開車上面也是一堆3C
