各位一份工作做多久才會打算換下一份工作~

一切順利救部會換

沒升遷沒漲薪水就差不多了

做到身邊好的同事都離職的時候

做到找不到樂趣所在 每天起床都很懶時 就是該離開了

做到有信心下一份薪水可以翻倍

做到死就可以換工作了

大約兩三年就會覺得學的差不多～可以換看看～

害怕不適應 所以基本上都沒有在換工作的

至少2年吧 除非是考上公務員之類的

3 年一個門檻吧

兩三年沒什麼升職就換了吧

差不多2年左右換如果福利很好的公司就做到老

看有沒有遇到更好福利的

至少一年以上會比較好

我覺得看個人規劃 一般來說三年差不多

2~3年吧 目前都沒超過希望現在的工作能夠維持久一點

3年多吧 已經換了好幾份工作了

個人認為兩年左右
真的不行了再跳 -
三年差不多，一年內就換感覺沒定力
