給他時間叫他一步一步SOP寫出來 以後照做
再不會建議炒掉 -
有進步就繼續教阿 一段時間都沒成效 就炒了吧

叫他帶筆記書，要抄的。抄完說完都不理解就可以炒他了

剛到新工作當然都會有菜的時候
可能真的要多包容點了 -
理解能力差但要能有學習態度
