大家幾歲後會穩定在同一間公司?

很想跳槽，但行情很差，8年了

以前覺得好像找到一間可以待很久的公司了，但離職之後才會覺得多嘗試好像也不錯

目前還沒有想過要穩定 可能等到有家有小之後就會趨於穩定吧

沒結婚前是覺得都可以，結婚後有家要養就需要一份穩定的薪水，倒是跟幾歲沒太大關係

30歲吧 也沒體力了 開始養老穩定了

35後比較想穩一點
