一份工作任職的時間

快10年了吧 沒有換過 我就來混吃等死的

真的不行就會換了

我聽別人說第一份工作好像不能太快換 而且換工作的面試主管感覺一定會問你為什麼要離開上一家公司 感覺要好好想

做了五六年了 還在繼續做

看有沒有離開的機會

兩年 公司沒前景 有機會就快跳

如果公司前景好而且可以升上去的話的話就繼續待

我也覺得心態比較重要

幾年換一次吧 要些新鮮感

應該3-5年是一個坎吧
要馬就轉換要馬就不會再換了 -
都不一定把 看你怎麼選

個人覺得3-5年差不多

無聊的工作 幾個月就會了吧

看爽度阿，夠爽的話就慢慢待

打工的話隨便 爽待多久就多久

我最長時間是兩年 但也快結束了
當對公司.薪水.人際關係中 有問題的時候 就會想換了
可是如果這工作 能讓你穩穩地過生活 又沒什麼壓力 我想就這樣安穩下去 -
如果是正職 至少也要做一年吧我覺得

前期做到倦怠或有更好的機會就會跳槽，後期就是追求穩定吧

我覺得過渡期的工作大概1~3年差不多吧

如果當踏板的話半年-1年差不多了
