晶片制裁是好是壞 各位看法

對台灣不利吧，短期晶片廠營收受影響。長期的話，美國現在強推台積電要去外國設廠，直接降低保護台灣的重要性。

晶片制裁只是政治手段 整體市場對7奈米以下的需求降低 包含虛擬貨幣暴跌 顯卡需求大降 才是主要神山面對的問題

神山主要都是生產高階晶片, 低階都會被其他廠商分吃, 營收肯定掉

去年缺，今天都大擴廠了。
