辦公室電話到底誰要接？

同事在電話旁邊，偶爾有電話來直接裝死不接真的很討厭!

打到總機的話就由其他局處首長回答

通常都是新進人員或是業務量較少的要幫忙一下。

看公司有沒有規定sop吧 不然就是有空的人幫忙吧

誰有空的誰去接，我們這邊一般都是新人去接電話

沒有很影響你就可以幫忙一下相信秘書也會很感謝你的 沒辦法就大家一起罰總有人會去接的

還是菜鳥的時候我都不接，要問問題我也不懂，但現在比較熟以後，話機在我旁邊我就會接

公司小、人少就沒辦法分得那麼清楚了，誰方便接就趕快接吧。
