安全帽多久需要換

大概都半年換一次欸 好像有聽說裡面的材質會老化之類的 安全為上

一般建議是三年，如果真的覺得還新新的不想換就五年吧
安全帽還是有安全年限的 -
不常摔應該不用換吧
