薪水比較重要吧 除非沒差多少不然當然換

看你怎麼取捨吧 很缺錢就換 沒很缺 快樂一點也比較符合平淡生活

想求安定就留著吧, 若想升官發財當然往更好的去處啊~

這個問題好 如果主管好 待遇又可以接受 當然是可以一直待
但是常常這種遇可遇不可求
我很慶幸前兩份工作都遇到好主管 但是我還是換工作了
為五斗米折腰了 -

看你缺不缺錢而已吧 -
我覺得要看有沒有前途 沒前途主管再好也沒用

公司待遇福利好 薪資合理那可以留 沒有的話建議趕快走

好不好一回事 還是要有發展性 錢領到才是真的

主管人好 但是工作內容很累 還是做不太下去

再好的主管比不上自己當老闆，只要當員工的一天就擺脫不了被當棋子的命運。
