上班關於同事問題

如果遇到那種不愛認錯，太自我中心永遠覺得自己是對的，都把錯怪罪在他人身上的同事，各位會怎麼處理

做好自己該做的事
只是跟他對到時要小心一點，有關的事情最好全都留存紀錄
最好你的主管、他的主管都知道實際上發生了什麼事 -
只要把負責的事做好，錯往你這推時，你也站得住腳就好，也可以跟主管講一下有這件事

沒辦法怎樣，做好自己的就好

據理力爭前要留些證據

那就一次把他桶回去讓他閉嘴啊，不要讓他覺得你很好欺負

要是這樣我會先確認問題到底在哪，要是真的是他我就會要他提出別人哪裡錯，我就一一跟他對 對到最後問題在他身上就讓他起飛

把自己的事情做好就好

不用特別去理他吧 不然一整天工作的心情都被破壞了
