網站速度是否能提升

近期登入網站的時候經常性會卡住，但是按重新整理後畫面又正常了，但我按網站上的菜單欄時也會發生卡住，卡住是沒畫面。
是否近期同時登入的人數變多了導致伺服器負荷不了?
