上班精實，下班只想耍廢，是不是很爛

我下班的時候都覺得很累，連想去打遊戲的精神都沒有，一直睡都覺得不夠

人都是有惰性的

那叫做常態 不耍廢的根本菁英

不會啊 現在高壓工作下班本來就要好好休息 休假可以出去走走

每天都是上班高壓 回家想好好休息結果一不小心熬夜 隔天上班沒精神然後惡性循環

不會啊，正常人應該都像你這樣吧

只要沒有特別目標 每天快樂生活也蠻快樂的

我是覺得有一項興趣 運動 畫畫 跳舞都可以
至少還有一件事能做 -
下班想幹嘛就幹嘛，哪有什麼廢不廢

這樣很好，不要像我一樣下了班甚至放假還把工作帶回家做

這就是上班被壓榨過頭了，下班沒力氣做其他事了。

我覺得是人之常情 要改變只能擺脫舒適圈 但…好難哈哈哈

上班就算不精實，下班都不一定會自我精進了。除非有其他不得不作的壓力或是自我要求高的人
