關東煮或是茶葉蛋

直接買碗裝泡麵來泡，微波食品沒很喜歡

御飯糰或茶葉蛋吧 不過我很久沒吃消夜了 真的要吃也不太會吃7-11

少吃宵夜，而且便利商店的食物也儘量少吃
但我推薦7-11的桃木煙燻雞肉（雞胸肉），滿好吃的 -
我會外帶一個洋芋沙拉配豆漿

我覺得超商的微波食品不好吃，又貴，優點只剩很快而已，去超商只會去買早餐，不過都是要來不及上課的時候
