911接線員是由波蘭工作室Jutsu Games開發，PlayWay於2017年發行的一款模擬類電子遊戲 。玩家在遊戲中扮演9-1-1電話接線員的角色，需要接聽電話並派出警察、醫護人員與消防員來應對各種緊急情況。
你的工作內容就是接電話，聽取一個又一個危險、可怕、難過的故事。
有的人心臟病發作急需救助；有的地方突然起火；有的被人威脅裝作打錯了求救；有的突然需要生產卻找不到車；而你能做的就是保持冷靜，盡快安排醫生、警察、消防員前去搭救，並找到合理有效的路線。
