請問各位男性大大都怎麼保養臉頰呢

大學還會洗好臉敷面膜跟精華液，後來開始上班就直接放棄了

買藥用洗面乳 洗澡時用

我都會去超市買香蕉 用香蕉皮膚敷臉

洗完臉上個化妝水或乳液之類的 簡單保養

都洗乾淨擦乳液而已
然後過一陣子會去給人清粉刺一次 -
清水洗臉就好~用很多保養品反而過度清潔保養

臉部清潔，跟乳液塗抹而已

洗完臉之後，會簡單擦一些乳液

化妝水 菁華液 保濕最重要!

化妝水—>精華液—>乳液

清水保養永保安康

洗完擦個保濕就完了

無料化妝水而已
多運動就變好 -
直接洗臉就完事了

洗臉 保濕就不會很差

從每天洗臉到想到才洗，
到現在都用清水洗。
哈哈 -
如果會過度出油的人，建議一個禮拜去一次角質，夏天的話可以三四天去一次，至於痘痘的話，建議去看皮膚科，醫生會給比較專業的說明
