外皮要酥脆肉要多汁
最怕遇到乾巴巴的 -
我還也是喜歡越大越好
但有些真的不好吃
實在吃不下 -
不只要大 還要好吃!

要皮薄肉多才好吃

10原雞排那種整片都是肉都沒骨頭也好吃 大小因該還好

有骨頭的先不要 -
太大的都是裹粉吧 肉都很薄

不過現在的雞排都跟三寶飯快等價了 -
肉越多越好 不然大都是骨頭

艋舺雞排剛出的時候個人超愛，又厚又多汁，重點不會很小，只是醃料有點鹹，從那以後我都以這些條件為標準

有些根本詐騙 都是面衣 裡面肉少的可憐 還一堆骨頭
