日本電鍋，5.5合到底是可以吃幾碗？

看日本電鍋寫什麼5.5合，上網說適合3～5人吃？
所以5.5合到底幾碗飯啊…為什麼不用幾碗飯去算，不懂
正常男生都吃1～2碗飯，女生0.5～1碗
求解～
因為我家只算成年人
男生：3（1人 / 平均吃1.5碗）
女生：3（1人 / 平均吃0.5碗）
未來小朋友：1 ？31.5=4.5
11.5=1.54.5+1.5＝6碗飯
所以那個5.5合的電鍋到底夠不夠吃啊？
實在很不解
