穿一堆衣服有總安全感

出門就洋蔥式穿法衣服一件一件的套
在家就躲在被窩裡保暖或泡熱水♨️ -
3穿襪子跟發熱衣加毛毯

冷暖空調超級好物阿
多沒幾千塊，完全物超所值
根本必備 -
沒暖氣開 只能穿很厚的外套

外出靠厚外套 手套 圍巾 在家開暖氣

外面防風外套 裡面保暖的

用暖氣機不然就是穿多一點

手很冰的話我會把雙手伸進內褲裡取暖

穿個三件衣服

在外面的話好像也只能穿一堆衣服來保暖

穿羽絨衣跟發熱衣服

內搭發熱衣 再穿好幾個毛毛的衣服用被子包起來

電暖爐開著 再披個毛毯

穿襪子躲被窩裡
-
吃冰 不知道為什麼冬天吃冰會變暖暖的 但身體不好的不要嘗試好了

穿一大堆衣服

用棉被把自己包緊緊
不要出門 -
整天窩在床上
