主管分配工作不均

這是很現實的社會，只能怪自己不是主管，改變不了主管只能試著改變身邊的人。

年輕人 要習慣這樣的職場文化

通常資深的會越沒事做 有事都丟給菜鳥

主管如果都平均分他就不叫主管了

突然慢下來了 還會被關切 -
當初也是習慣就好了

讓工作直接壓在他頭上，看他怎麼辦 -
建議直接離職。提出建議只會被上層刁難而已
