主管分配工作不均

通常資深的會越沒事做 有事都丟給菜鳥

正常吧 等你變老鳥了 也是東西都往下丟

建議直接離職。提出建議只會被上層刁難而已

至少同事還會幫忙 最怕那種自己事很少做完就開始耍廢的

要轉換心境，你多做多學，以後你比別人都會做
