在外租屋發現鄰居會在樓梯間抽菸

請他出去抽菸，勸導無效跟房東說

可以先貼張紙請他去其他樓層抽XD

錄影下來然後檢舉，或是跟房東說如果不處理就檢舉他

直接面對面說話，比較好

樓梯間屬於公共空間可以檢舉了吧

其實這很難杜絕吧，以前在租屋處也有人在浴室抽菸也是抓不到
