我下班累都累死 只想回家躺床 -
每次下班都很累 回到家就想躺著

打遊戲看劇吧

例行公事是下班吃飽先來V站報到…

先洗個澡 躺在床上休息一下滑個手機 然後開尻睡覺

慢慢建立一些自己的興趣吧，去走走也好去逛逛書店也好反正從中會找到自己可以有興趣消遣的事情

爛在房間裡
享受自己的時間 -
很累就找事情來放鬆
不累就找事情來充實能力 -
做自己喜歡做的事情放鬆吧

吃個晚餐 打打ps5 睡覺過一天

通常都滑手機滑到睡著

健身、滑手機、看電視，差不多就這樣，其實也挺無聊的

每天下班休息然後等上班阿
就玩遊戲 睡覺 超廢 -
回到家休息用一用滑手機然後睡覺吧

上班幾乎都是14~16小時，回家只剩洗澡和睡覺

回家滑個手機睡覺明天又是社畜的一天

回家洗澡 休息一下 就去健身

看電視後睡覺
