請教包租代管業務 工作內容及建議

本人暑假過後是大三生 在學校有每週一次的社團，平日就是早上到五六點下課 有幾天是早上半天，下午就能自由運用
因為未來有想要創業想累積業務技巧與人脈
加上身旁兩位有才的學長一個是在期貨業一個在保經業都有成就
想追隨他們的腳步，也想在不同的領域互相合作，所以有想往租賃業務去發展想請問這樣做業務，會有公司要嗎？
如果以底薪打卡制我應該無法配合
有看到有論件計酬的 如果每月能有兩到三件成交就能負擔每月開銷也想請問工作內容大致為何？
有看到x寓在徵人但是他們主打的是網路看房簽約，那業務的角色在哪？ -
