各位去游泳都會去烤箱跟蒸氣室嗎?

單純鬆心情 享受蒸氣浴

會去 流很多汗 會很舒服

通常都會好奇去一下然後撐不到幾分鐘就走了

去玩再跳進水裡 超爽

時間允許的話會的而且還會兩邊來回去

不會欸 不喜歡那個感覺

健身房的不能穿衣服 有點不敢

進蒸氣室蒸一下，流個汗把毒素排出來不錯的

增加血液循環的速度，不喜歡不勉強啦、可以流汗的方式很多

基本上都會去，畢竟排排汗對身體好
但還是看個人，我有朋友就不喜歡去 -
烤箱會 但不是每一間都有吧

游完泳只會泡冰水舒緩肌肉跟熱水拉筋
我個人覺得烤箱跟蒸氣室很悶 不舒服 -
不會游泳 沒去過游泳池

烤箱很舒服阿 活絡筋骨

有蒸氣室都會去 一下就炸汗

要準備走了會去烤箱烤一下再走
