穿羽絨背心再套個外套

多穿幾層還有多喝熱水

穿兩件衣服一件外套 還撐不住就蓋個毛毯

穿厚厚的衣服加羽絨衣，舒服年暖的

還是要暖暖包吧 真的很有用

我都穿一堆衣服睡覺

暖氣跟暖暖包吧

躲在棉被就好了

穿兩件+外套+厚褲子+襪子

外出就羽絨衣 室內還是羽絨衣

出門穿著皮衣超保暖

還好我是個怕熱的人 冬天除非寒流 不然蓋棉被會流汗 加上房間又比較熱一點
