該穿的衣服穿一穿，剩下就靠身體了

多穿一點躲室內，真的不行了就出動暖暖包

穿兩件衣服一件外套 還撐不住就蓋個毛毯

穿厚厚的衣服加羽絨衣，舒服年暖的

還是要暖暖包吧 真的很有用
