如果一開始沒特休，可以換成補休備用，但其實換加班費是比較有利的，畢竟加班費是有加成的，但換補休大部分的公司基本上就是1換1，感覺就比較不划算

本身上班時間接近12小時所以有特休我還是會選擇休假
之前的工作大概8小時以內我選擇換成錢 -
當然是補休阿,我們公司換修也是依造加班費計算來換修,也就是加班1天8小時可換修12.7小時,這真漫不錯的
