雞排真的越大越好？

肉本體厚度很重要

越好吃才越好

看的是肉質跟調料吧

我覺得肉汁多比較重要ㄟ
然後皮要脆 -
當然是多汁然後外酥內嫩啊

我只能說越大越薄

大雞排不錯啊
但是如果太厚就不行
之前吃超派 最後面肉快三公分多厚 雞味有夠重… -
有些很大但超難吃

大才夠吃啊，不然吃不飽

個人覺得正常大小就可以，口感味道才是重點

太大其實吃到後面會很膩，重點還是炸的酥脆雞肉鮮嫩比較重要

口感先不論 但是吃又厚又大的雞排一定超爽的啦

通常超大的都比較難吃，所以才需要份量來騙人

其實原材料的大小應該每家店都差不多 越大的應該都是敲出來的

大小不在乎，有醃製過才重要，沒醃的外國雞胸(國產不會)味道太臭了，吞不下去。
