求職時首選在意什麼

要不要加班，個人時間對於一些人來說還是挺重要的

以前會說能學到東西比較重要
現在我覺得首選絕對是薪水 -
環境跟薪資吧不然咧

薪水 為了吃飯比什麼都還要重要啊

薪水的多寡以及通勤的長度

薪水最重要 在來是上班距離最後是工作內容

當然是薪水，然後再看工作內容

薪水加福利，還有工作內容環境

原因很多，但首項應該是錢或是升制度

看事情多不多 能不能準時下班 太多事太累了

錢多事少離家近（笑
當然其實還要結合是否感興趣、之後發展那些 -
首選當然是薪水
再來再看環境 同事 -
能夠在工作中獲得成就感

我認為就是薪水符合自身條件 然後團隊氣氛不要太差都好

錢吧 其他以後再說

薪資和福利，再來就是工作環境

成就感 錢夠用就好

第一 薪資 其次輕鬆度 再來就是人際關係 最後距離
