各位假日放假都幾點起床

放假就多睡一點，好好放鬆

我放假都睡到自然醒

睡到中午起來吃飯，在繼續睡

剛醒 平常都早睡早起 也很好
不過怎麼會發一篇問這樣的問題 -
放假一定是直接睡到自然醒

我都會很早起，玩到爆才夠本

放假都睡到自然醒，但每次也都差不多10.11就會醒來了

上班平時7點多起，假日有時會維持，維持不了的通常會睡得像死豬，下午1-2點起😔

睡到中午自然醒才是真理

熬夜過度所以放假都是睡到快下午 …
直接省了兩餐然後晚上繼續玩一天 -
大概都會是上班時間晚個一兩個小時就會自己醒來睡不著了

不是超晚就是超早
差別在多晚睡和淺眠化而已 -
睡到自然醒12小時

我都睡到中午12點，爽啦

上班時間都到比較晚 大概都是睡到1.2.吧

現在只能睡到9點10點了 -
