一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

幾乎醒著都在用了
上班電腦下班電腦空擋手機 -
上班电脑下班手机，吃饭也是手机，除了洗澡和睡觉之外，其他时间都在用哦

扣掉睡眠的其他時間

手機加電腦
真的只要有空就是在3C上 -
休假大概可以到8小時
平常上班忙的話可能不到1小時 -
所以時間有空就會拿來用了

每天 都會用到，休息一 定用

手機太便利了現在手機不離身

扣除睡覺 其實算不使用的時間還比較簡單

至少5小時起跳吧

之前都沒仔細算過
仔細算算少說也有5-6小時 -
幾乎超過8小時吧，重度使用者

螢幕使用時間好像是13-14小時

下班後到睡覺前吧 大概4個多小時

按照手機螢幕使用時間，平均有12-16小時
-
我沒事也會拿起手機看一下，已經快變成手機分離焦慮了，有點嚴重

可能會超過10小時
-
我的手機都跟我說一天使用超過五小時以上
-
至少5小時起跳吧

除了睡覺之外應該都在用3c吧…無處不3c欸
