關於男女面試官，對錄取的影響？

性別刻板印象確實可能影響面試評分，但企業文化與個人表現更為關鍵。面試時，專業能力、溝通技巧與態度才是決定錄取與否的關鍵因素，我覺得面試前做好功課比較重要。
