罷免投票即將登場，前總統蔡英文，23號深夜打破沉默，臉書發文，首度對大罷免表態。蔡英文表示自己作為公民，會去投票，表達我對公民團體的感謝；但在這161字的貼文中，蔡英文並未透露，自己會蓋下「同意」還是「不同意」。
