台北市議員陳怡君遭羈押超過半年，高等法院首次"自為裁定"交保！
陳怡君涉嫌以人頭詐領助理費三百多萬，二月遭羈押至今，高院今天罕見提解她和助理出庭，並且自為裁定，認為檢方起訴後不應該以保全證據、滅證的理由羈押被告，陳怡君獲100萬元交保。

就說不能跟證人接觸，還跟陳智菡同車，要怪就怪陳智菡吧，柯文哲律師 鄭深元都出來道歉了，有什麼好抱怨，只有柯文哲有特權嗎？那以後被交保出來的詐騙犯也都可以接觸證人了嗎？
