勞動力發展署北分署前分署長謝宜容，涉嫌護航裝潢業者習翌設計得標及侵占公家所採購高價禮盒遭檢方起訴，由於謝先前兩次開庭均全部認罪，新北地方法院今依刑法洩密、貪汙圖利及侵占公有財物等罪判刑4年6月、褫奪公權3年。
