民進黨立委邱議瑩去年在立法院，拿紙扇搧國民黨立委羅智強耳光，被羅智強提告。
台北地方法院依強暴侮辱罪判處邱議瑩拘役10天，可以上訴，對此邱議瑩「認錯」，不過羅智強則回酸，「唯一支持邱議瑩代表民進黨參選高雄市長！」
在地立委這麼強悍，「美濃阿嬤」應該會「心生恐懼」吧?
