我覺得要看你重視的是薪資還是生活品質。大陸機會多、薪資可能高，但壓力和競爭也大；台灣相對穩定，生活熟悉、人情味也比較重。沒有絕對好壞，只有適不適合你現在的人生階段。

當然要看薪資差多少，再來未來發展性怎麼樣，不然很容易一去就回不來了
