生的蔥肉捲或蔥培根捲有辦法一次大量做完保存嗎?

是可以冷凍，但自己用起來就是不好吃

如果有真空機還是用真空吧 會撐比較久

可以喔，捲好後先冷凍起來，要吃再拿出來煎或烤就很方便～

好像不行，之前準備烤肉放冷凍過幾天蔥的部份味道都不一樣了，不知道有沒有別的方法，還是儘量吃新鮮的吧

買完都有點罪惡感
但還是吃得很開心就是了 … -
生的很難保存吧 尤其又有肉 蛋白質會降解

可以冷凍啊，只要保存得當都可以，就是要記得在時限內吃完

可以冷凍保存 但建議先煎到半熟再冷凍 比較不會黏在一起 要吃再用煎或氣炸回熱 口感會比較好
