一天都花多少時間使用3C ?

根據iPhone設定-電池，過去10天平均9小時17分鐘

8～10小時 沒救了

眼睛要好好保護呀 各位

大概7小時吧， 身體毛病都出來了

十小時以上包括上班用電腦

可能只有睡覺那幾小時不會看到螢幕…

休息時間基本上都用吧，畢竟現在疫情要出門也不是很方便

除了睡覺時間以外都離不開3C

除了睡覺 上班 其餘都在用

如果加上上班，那真的除了睡覺8小時以外都在用電腦跟手機
