拉麵會選擇粗麵還是細麵？

粗麵，口感比較好，細麵不太有咀嚼的感受

細麵 然後還要偏硬

好像細的比較不會吸湯 所以不容易爛掉 -

粗 可是有幾家粗到跟水管一樣的真的沒辦法

細麵，我對粗麵那口感真的不行
